In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement that are properly submitted to our designated copyright agent.
Content Notice
Lensifys shares text prompt recipes and descriptive styles for AI image generators. If you believe any visual reference, prompt text, or sample visual on our platform infringes your copyrighted work, please follow the notification procedure detailed below.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written communication containing the following information:
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
- Identification of Infringing Material: The exact URL(s) or specific locations on Lensifys where the material you claim is infringing is located, so that we can expeditiously locate and review it.
- Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and active email address.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
2. Designated DMCA Agent Contact

Response Window: We review and process valid notifications within 24 to 48 business hours.
3. What Happens Upon Receipt
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, Lensifys will promptly:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the content poster or contributor regarding the removal.
- If appropriate, provide the party with instructions on filing a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
4. Important Warning
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys’ fees.
